Très Fabu! began over 10 years ago with a paint brush and a passion for collecting and restoring old things!

I spent most of my spare time, scouring markets here and abroad, seeking out and unearthing hidden treasures that could be brought to life again.

I began painting and fixing up these old wares and reselling them at market stalls around Sydney and at the Antique Galleries in Woollahra.

From there I opened my store in Northbridge where I spent 7 happy years showing people how to recycle beautiful old things and re-use them in new and creative ways.

Every thing tells a story and has a beauty and patina ingrained with years of history that just can't be replicated and it's now more than ever we need to surround ourselves with these things that bring us comfort and remind of joyous times.

Your response was overwhelming when I decided to close my store at Northbridge which has prompted me to set up a small space at the Antique and Design Gallery at Mitchell Road, corner of Fountain Street, in Alexandria.

This way, as the next chapter in my life unfolds I can keep my hand in and my passion ignited and as so many of you used to say - you can still come in to get your fix!
